Sunday Breakfast

A Private Journey of Healing
Healing is not a stage performance. It is not a show for the public eye, nor a platform for applause. Healing is an intimate, sacred journey one that, for me, could only be walked with the Trinity of God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

It required me to sit in raw honesty not just with myself, but before the God who knows all, sees all, and loves all. I had to tell the truth to the One who is Truth (John 14:6). It meant peeling back layers of pride, pain, and self-protection, until I stood vulnerable yet safe in His presence.

It required letting go not just in action, but in my heart. Letting go of people, of situations, of memories I once clung to, and placing them into God’s hands where they truly belonged. It required what Jesus called “denying yourself” (Luke 9:23) denying the urge to hold on to what He was asking me to release.

It required fact-checking my reality against His Word, because my feelings didn’t always tell the truth, but His Word always did (Psalm 119:160).

It required listening closely not just hearing, but leaning into the whispers of the Spirit. Sometimes His voice came through scripture, other times through a deep peace that I could not explain (Philippians 4:7).

Healing is holy ground. And when God begins to restore you, there is a moment where you must pause, breathe, and acknowledge it. Too often we keep looking for the wound when God has already done the work. The l***r who was healed in Luke 17:15 came back to Jesus to give thanks and it was there he received the confirmation: “Your faith has made you well.”

I now stand in the truth that I am healed not because I willed it, but because He wove it into my spirit. Healing has taught me that peace is not the absence of struggle, but the presence of God in the midst of it.

So today, I speak this over you:
May you have the courage to walk your healing journey privately with God,
The humility to tell the truth to Him and to yourself,
The faith to release what He asks you to release,
The wisdom to check your reality against His Word,
The stillness to hear His voice,
And the grace to acknowledge when the Healer has made you whole.

Scriptures to Hold Onto in Healing:

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” 🙏 Psalm 147:3

“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” 🙏Psalm 34:18

“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” 🙏 Matthew 11:28

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” 🙏 Philippians 4:7

“For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the LORD.” 🙏 Jeremiah 30:17

Your healing is your testimony, but the deepest work is often done in the quiet places where it’s just you and God.

Sunday Message:

Spiritual Seers: Called, Chosen, and Charged by God 👀
By Dr. Monique McMiller©️2025

Spiritual Seers are vessels chosen by God to see into both the spiritual and physical realms—according to the measure God allows. Seers receive divine revelation that may manifest over the course of years, months, days, hours, minutes, or even seconds. What they see is not by accident; it is by assignment.

God may reveal conversations, faces, places, or events that a Seer is not permitted to speak about until the Holy Spirit gives release. This is because true Seers have a direct line to the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth and the revealer of the deep things of God.

✝️ “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears, and He will tell you what is yet to come.” —John 16:13 (NIV)

Seers are human. There are moments when we may not want to see, when the weight of what is revealed is heavy, but obedience is not optional. We are not permitted to react emotionally, respond prematurely, or dishonor the voice of the Holy Spirit.

✝️ “Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.” —Amos 3:7 (NIV)
“The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever...” —Deuteronomy 29:29 (NIV)

Seers are complex individuals because we operate on multiple spiritual dimensions, and no two Seers are used the same. Some are dreamers like Joseph (Genesis 37), some see open visions like Ezekiel (Ezekiel 1), some weep over what they see like Jeremiah (Jeremiah 9:1), and others speak only what God commands, like the prophetess Anna (Luke 2:36-38).

Seers are stationed throughout the earth. We are able to move in and out of spiritual dimensions as led by the Holy Spirit, not for show, but for service. We recognize that both light and darkness have their presence in the world, but we are assigned to operate in the light of God to help and warn His people.

✝️ “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.” —Ephesians 5:8 (NIV)
“In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.” —John 1:4 (NIV)

Seers are not fake. We are not strange. We are spiritually elevated. We walk in divine responsibility, not popularity. What we see, we steward with reverence.

So when you encounter a Seer, understand: it’s not just a gift, it’s a call, a burden, and a sacred trust.

Shalom 🛐

Sunday Word! ✝️

I don’t trust easily❗️
You can be in my life for years , even decades, and

I will still observe your actions and patterns. Human behavior is always evolving.

Development doesn’t come with age alone; it arrives in seasons and through life’s circumstances.

Some experiences will make you rise. Others will make you retreat.

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
✝️Ecclesiastes 3:1

The company you keep matters. The people around you will either push you to expand or keep you comfortable staying the same.

“Do not be misled: ‘Bad company corrupts good character.’”
✝️ 1 Corinthians 15:33

Trust and respect?
They’re not earned by default.
They’re gifts, gifts that evolve through shared experiences, consistency, and truth over time.

“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
✝️Jeremiah 17:9

“Test all things; hold fast what is good.”
✝️1 Thessalonians 5:21

Trust is spiritual. Discernment is wisdom. And respect is built when love and truth walk hand in hand.

He has Risen Sunday!
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. It is not just a historical event—it is a divine and spiritual truth that transforms lives, renews hope, and seals God's eternal promise to all who believe. Through spiritual guidance, we can understand the deep and powerful significance of the risen Christ in four key areas: redemption, authority, relationship, and resurrection power for daily living.

1. Redemption and the Victory Over Sin and Death

Jesus’ resurrection is proof that the price for sin was fully paid. The crucifixion was the sacrifice, but the resurrection was the receipt.

Romans 4:25 (NKJV) says: “Who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.”

Had Christ not risen, sin would still reign. But because He rose, we are justified—declared righteous before God. His resurrection breaks the chains of sin and eternal death and brings us into right standing with the Father.

2. Spiritual Authority and the Reign of Christ

When Jesus rose from the dead, He didn't just come back to life—He came back with all power in His hands.

Matthew 28:18 (NKJV): “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”

Jesus, through His resurrection, stripped Satan of legal authority over our souls. He reclaimed dominion and gave it back to us as joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17). This means we no longer live under the authority of sin, fear, or the grave. Instead, we walk in spiritual dominion through the resurrected King.

3. Personal Relationship with the Living God

The resurrection makes possible an intimate relationship with a living Savior. Religion serves dead gods, but Christianity is based on a risen and ever-present Jesus who walks with us, talks with us, intercedes for us, and sends the Holy Spirit to dwell within us.

John 14:19 (NKJV): “Because I live, you will live also.”

This is not about tradition—it’s about transformation. The resurrection opens the door to the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, who brings comfort, conviction, guidance, and truth.

4. Resurrection Power for Daily Living

Jesus' resurrection wasn’t just for the past—it’s power for your present. It means we don’t fight spiritual battles from defeat, but from victory.

Philippians 3:10 (NKJV): “That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection…”

This resurrection power:

Raises dead situations to life.

Empowers us to break addiction, depression, fear, and generational curses.

Helps us forgive when it’s hard and love when it’s painful.

Gives us hope, even when everything around us looks hopeless.

Final Reflection: He Is Risen, So We Rise

When Jesus got up from the grave, every believer was given the right to rise—from sin, shame, sickness, depression, fear, and despair.

1 Corinthians 15:17 (NKJV): “And if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins!”

But He is risen. So, your faith is alive, your sins are forgiven, your life has purpose, and your eternity is secure. That is resurrection life.

Enjoy your Sunday with Jesus Christ!

The Sanhedrin Council met to Decide what to do about Jesus Christ!

So the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered the council,a and said, “What are we to do? For this man performs many signs. If we let him go on thus, everyone will believe in him, and the Romans will come and destroy both our holy place and our nation.

But one of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said to them, “You know nothing at all; you do not understand that it is expedient for you that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation should not perish.”

He did not say this of his own accord, but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus should die for the nation, and not for the nation only, but to gather into one the children of God who are scattered abroad. So from that day on they took counsel how to put him to death.

Jesus therefore no longer went about openly among the Jews, but went from there to the country near the wilderness, and there he stayed with his disciples. (Jn.11:47–54)

💯Basically the Opps met to decide to kill Jesus ! Jesus was a serious problem for them! He had the Power to influence! He had the Power to Shift Atmospheres!
Jesus had the Power to Heal, Deliverance and mostly to Love even the Haters! 💥

May the truth set you free ✨️

The Meaning of Joy: A Biblical Perspective

Joy is a central theme in the Christian life, yet it is often misunderstood. Many people equate joy with happiness, but in Scripture, joy is far deeper and more enduring. It is not merely a fleeting emotion tied to circumstances, but a spiritual state rooted in God's presence, promises, and purposes.

1. Joy Is a Gift from God

Key Scripture: "You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore" (Psalm 16:11).
True joy comes from God. It is not something we can manufacture ourselves, but it flows from being in His presence. This is why worldly possessions and achievements cannot sustain joy—only God can fill the void in our souls.

Teaching Point: Seek joy in God's presence through prayer, worship, and meditating on His Word. This is where joy becomes complete.

2. Joy Is the Fruit of the Spirit

Key Scripture: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness" (Galatians 5:22).
Joy is evidence of the Holy Spirit working in a believer's life. It is not dependent on external circumstances but grows as we abide in Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to transform us.

Teaching Point: Cultivate your relationship with the Holy Spirit by walking in obedience and yielding to His guidance.

3. Joy Is Strength

Key Scripture: "...Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength" (Nehemiah 8:10).
The joy of the Lord sustains us in difficult times. This joy gives us the strength to endure trials and maintain hope, even when life is hard. It is a reminder that God's promises are greater than our pain.

Teaching Point: Trust in God's promises during trials, knowing that His joy will sustain you.

4. Joy Is Rooted in Salvation

Key Scripture: "I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness" (Isaiah 61:10).
One of the greatest sources of joy for believers is the assurance of salvation. Knowing that we are forgiven, redeemed, and loved by God fills us with a joy that nothing can take away.

Teaching Point: Reflect on your salvation daily. Let gratitude for God's grace and mercy fuel your joy.

5. Joy Transcends Circumstances

Key Scripture: "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds" (James 1:2).
Biblical joy does not depend on favorable circumstances. Instead, it thrives even in the midst of suffering because it is grounded in God's unchanging character and His eternal purposes.

Teaching Point: Choose joy by focusing on God’s faithfulness and trusting that He is working all things for your good.

6. Joy Is a Command

Key Scripture: "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!" (Philippians 4:4).
Paul’s command to rejoice is not based on feelings but on a decision to trust and worship God. Rejoicing is an act of faith that shifts our focus from our problems to God’s power and love.

Teaching Point: Make rejoicing a daily discipline, no matter how you feel. Worship, give thanks, and declare God’s goodness over your life.

7. Joy Is Eternal

Key Scripture: "Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy" (Psalm 126:5).
The joy we experience now is just a foretaste of the eternal joy we will have in heaven. One day, all sorrows will be wiped away, and we will dwell with God in everlasting joy.

Teaching Point: Let the promise of eternal joy encourage you to persevere through life's challenges.

Practical Steps to Cultivate Joy

1. Abide in Christ: Spend time in prayer, worship, and studying God’s Word daily.

2. Practice Gratitude: Focus on what God has done for you and thank Him regularly.

3. Serve Others: Joy often grows when we shift our focus from ourselves to helping others.

4. Choose to Rejoice: Make a deliberate choice to praise God, even in difficult times.

5. Stay in Community: Surround yourself with believers who encourage and uplift you.

Joy is a powerful and transformative gift from God that transcends circumstances and fills us with strength, hope, and peace.

As believers, we are called to live in the fullness of this joy, reflecting God's glory to the world.

Let us choose to cultivate joy daily, trusting that it is both our strength now and our inheritance forever.

Teaching: The Fruit of the Holy Spirit

The Fruit of the Holy Spirit, as outlined in Galatians 5:22-23, represents the attributes that the Holy Spirit cultivates in believers' lives. These qualities demonstrate a life transformed by the Spirit, reflecting God’s character and purpose.

8. Gentleness (Prautes)

Definition: Strength under control; humility.

Teaching: Gentleness mirrors Christ’s attitude (Matthew 11:29), showing consideration for others.

Application: Handle conflicts with grace and respond to criticism with humility.

9. Self-Control (Egkrateia)

Definition: Discipline and mastery over one’s desires and actions.

Teaching: The Holy Spirit empowers us to resist temptation (2 Timothy 1:7).

Application: Develop self-control by aligning thoughts and actions with God’s will.

Practical Steps to Bear the Fruit of the Spirit

1. Abide in Christ: “Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself.” — John 15:4

2. Walk in the Spirit: Submit daily to the Holy Spirit’s guidance (Galatians 5:16).

3. Meditate on Scripture: Allow God’s Word to transform your mind and actions (Psalm 1:2-3).

4. Pray for Growth: Ask God to cultivate these traits in your life.

Living by the Fruit of the Spirit glorifies God and draws others to Christ. As we grow in these attributes, we reflect the kingdom of God and fulfill His purpose on Earth.

How can you intentionally cultivate these fruits in your daily life?
