We spend so much of our lives working for things that won’t last.
But some of the most valuable hours we will ever spend are the ones invested in people, in relationships, in the Kingdom of God, and in things that reach beyond this life.
Today’s message, “100,000 Hours,” reminded us that work is good, but it cannot be all we live for. Jesus calls us to labor for what lasts.
And sometimes, what lasts looks a lot like this; community, conversation, friendship, laughter, serving together, worshiping together, and doing life together.
We only get one life. Let’s spend it on what matters.
