Update 06-10-2026: Thank you to Jan Hilson for a very well researched presentation on infectious diseases Ebola and Hantavirus, including where the viruses come from, how they are spread, which viruses are treatable and the treatments. Thank you also to everyone who came out (11 in attendance), and participated in the group activities. This is an important ministry of our church, and it is encouraging to see how well this monthly forum is received by the community 😊

Sermon: “Don’t Stop”

Two very different people in this weeks readings. One, Abram, an exemplar of faith, the other, Matthew, hated and despised since he was a tax collector employed by the Romans. Both answered the call of God upon their lives without hesitation and without any idea where that call would take them, and neither of them could imagine that we would still be talking about the choice that defined them.

Deacon Jean Lister was the heart of the Food Pantry. We give thanks that her commitment to serving this community lives on in the Deacons of Litchfield Community Church Presbyterian. Her life and witness to the love of God will never be forgotten.

We had a great turnout for the Redcoats and Rebels presentation. Thanks to Mary Adams from the NH Historical Society for a an excellent and informative program and for everyone who came out.

And special thanks to Ray Peeples and Margret Parent for their help getting everything set up in the sanctuary to make the event a success 😊

Don't forget, Strawberry-Rhubarb pies make great Father's Day gifts. Be sure to come by early, the pies go fast, but there will also be plenty of other yummy things to enjoy and raffle baskets!
