⚠️ Calling an Emergency Fast ⚠️

I can’t ignore the pattern anymore. It has become too obvious. Believers who once stood firm are becoming double-minded, confused about what they believe and uncertain about their purpose or calling. Brothers and sisters who once genuinely loved one another suddenly cannot stand being in each other’s presence. People who once embraced the truth are now confused about what is right and what they even believe anymore.

None of this should surprise us. Scripture spoke of a great falling away. Many have poured themselves out so completely that they have become spiritually exhausted, losing their first love along the way.

We need to wake up. We are one breath away from the restraint of the Spirit being lifted from the earth, and the only oil that will remain is the oil each person has personally obtained and guarded. For some, the Lord has already removed their lampstand. For others, a spirit of delusion has begun to take hold, where right is called wrong and wrong is called right.

This is why I am calling for a 10-day fast — crying out to the Lord and asking Him to pour out His Spirit on those who are sincerely seeking Him and longing to be filled. Without the Holy Spirit, deception will become so strong that even the elect could be deceived, if possible.

The fast will begin this Tuesday (May 12) at sunset and will end two Fridays later, (May 22) on the day we will be celebrating Shavuot. I invite you to prayerfully consider joining this fast.

Remember, fasting can take many forms. It may involve abstaining from food, but it can also mean setting aside other things that normally occupy our time and attention in order to seek the Lord more deeply.

July 14 (Tues) - Rosh Chodesh, Service at 7 PM

~AUGUST~
August 1 (Sat) - Oneg/Potluck following service. If it’s light and easy, please bring a dish to share.
August 13 (Thurs) - Rosh Chodesh, Service at 7 PM

~SEPTEMBER~
September 5 (Sat) - Oneg/Potluck following service. If it’s light and easy, please bring a dish to share.
September 11 (Fri) - Rosh Hashanah, Service at 7 PM
September 20 (Sun) - Yom Kippur, Service at 7 PM
September 21 (Mon) - Breaking of Yom Kippur Fast, 6 PM. BYOD (Bring your own dinner.)

SUKKOT FEST: September 25 - October 3
September 25, (Fri) - Erev Sukkot Opening Service, 7 PM. Special service held at the Sukkot field in the community tabernacle.
September 26 (Sat) - SHABBAT @ SUKKOT FEST. Shabbat Service will be held at the Sukkot field.

~OCTOBER~
NO ONEG/POTLUCK THIS MONTH.

SUKKOT FEST: September 25 - October 3
(Opening service Sept 25th, 7 PM - CLOSING SERVICE Oct 3rd, 3 PM)
October 3, (Sat) - SHABBAT @ SUKKOT FEST. Shabbat Service will be held at the Sukkot field.
