Sunday Service:
9:00 AM Prayer
10:00 AM Service
Sunday School for children available during the service. The Lord asks each of us at some point "Whom should I send?" We at Lydia House have said "Send me!" We exist to encourage, support, and train those who have accepted Jesus' command to "Go!" whether "go" means our place of work 5 minutes away, or a long term mission trip on the other side of t
he planet. We are a missions church--a church with a mission, both home and abroad. Many of us also come from a missions or ministry background, or are locals who are strong supporters of missions. We are a family church--a church made up of families and young adults, who come together as a church family. And children are always welcomed to stay during the service or head to Sunday school. This is not just about the pastors' teaching (though we have great teaching!), but about all of us learning from the Holy Spirit and from one another. We are a multi-cultural church--Most weeks you will hear a prayer or a song in a language other than English. We are a praying and worshiping church--we enjoy the Lord and His presence, and we stand in the gap for one another, for our City, and for those we're called to serve. We believe God is reviving His people in these days, and that this will feature a revival of relationships (Malachi 4:5,6), and we love seeing the wisdom of age blessing the passion of youth, as the older mentor the younger. We also believe Sunday equips us for Monday, when we all get to do "the stuff". That means we often share together what God has done through the week. Our Sunday gatherings are not only meant to fill empty tanks but to bless one another out of the overflow of a life lived in God. We are very happy to welcome short-term members to our church family. For however long God has you in this area, you can find a place to be healed, strengthened, equipped, and blessed at Lydia House. This includes missionaries or leaders who may just need a place to receive or recover.
