Welcome in, family, wherever you’re joining us from tonight. Sunday we camped in Second Corinthians 4 and we said it out loud: pressed, but not crushed. Troubled, but not distressed. Cast down, but not destroyed. We declared that we’re going to make it through.
But somebody woke up Monday morning and the pressure was still there. The bill didn’t disappear because we had a good service. The diagnosis, the situation at work, the thing you’re carrying — it’s Wednesday and it’s still there. So tonight we’re going to open the same chapter and answer two honest questions: why can’t the pressure win, and what in the world is all this pressure even doing? And Paul gives us two answers — one about what’s inside you, and one about what’s ahead of you
