On June 24, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist (and not only his!).
The first three people who correctly guess where in our church the stained-glass window shown in the photo is located will receive a package of traditional Polish Krówki candies.
The prizes can be claimed next Sunday after Holy Mass.

Bishop Elias Lorenzo Visits Holy Family Parish

On Sunday, June 7, 2026, Holy Family Parish in Linden, New Jersey, was honored to welcome Bishop Elias R. Lorenzo, O.S.B., D.D. as our special guest and celebrant for the 9:30 AM bilingual Holy Mass.

We are deeply grateful for Bishop Elias’ presence, prayerful leadership, and fatherly encouragement. Following the Mass, Bishop Elias led the entire Eucharistic Procession to the four outdoor altars in celebration of the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi). Together, our parish community publicly witnessed our faith in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist through prayer, Scripture readings, hymns, and Eucharistic adoration at each altar.

We thank Bishop Elias for his kindness, generosity, and support of our parish community and assure him of our continued prayers. May God continue to bless his episcopal ministry with abundant graces, good health, and joy.

Today, in my homeland of Poland, Catholics celebrate the Solemnity of Corpus Christi (The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ). The video below shows a typical Corpus Christi procession in Poland, where thousands of faithful publicly profess their faith in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

I warmly invite you to join us for our Corpus Christi Eucharistic Procession at Holy Family Church in Linden, NJ, this Sunday at 10:30 AM. Holy Masses will be celebrated before and after the Eucharistic Procession, at 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

Congratulations to Oliver and Daniel on Receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation

Our parish community extends heartfelt congratulations to Oliver and Daniel, who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation on May 30, 2026. May this special day remain a source of grace and spiritual strength throughout your lives.

We offer our sincere gratitude to Bishop Elias for conferring this sacred sacrament and for his prayerful ministry among our young people.

We also express our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Marcin, Pastor, and his dedicated co-workers at St. Bernard and St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish in Plainfield, New Jersey, for warmly welcoming our Confirmation candidates and including them in the beautiful liturgy of the Sacrament of Confirmation.
