Holy Cross Church Is Seeking a 5th Grade Catechism Teacher! ✝️
Holy Cross Church is looking for someone who feels called to serve our parish by teaching our fifth-grade catechism class. The class will have fewer than 10 students and meets on Wednesdays for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The program runs from the second week of September through the first week of May, totaling about 28 classes. Classes are not held every Wednesday due to holidays and the school calendar.
Teaching catechism is a meaningful way to serve the Church while helping children grow in their relationship with God and deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith. It is also a wonderful opportunity for the teacher to continue growing in their own faith through prayer, preparation, and sharing the teachings of the Church.
