Faith speaks what God said anyway.

You can’t feed fear with your words all week and expect faith to grow on Sunday.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country.

Their sacrifice purchased freedoms many of us enjoy every single day. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it’s a reminder that courage, service, and sacrifice matter.

As a church, we are grateful for those who laid down their lives for others, reflecting the words of Jesus in John 15:13:

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

We pray for every military family carrying both honor and loss today. May we never forget the price that was paid.

The Word says, “Abound in hope.”

The world prepares you for disappointment.
God prepares you for promise.

Culture expects the worst.
Faith expects God to move.

Hope isn’t denial.
Hope is confidence in the goodness and faithfulness of God.

You don’t serve a God who changes with the headlines.
You serve a God who cannot lie, cannot fail, and does not forget His promises.

So don’t lower your expectation to match your circumstances.
Lift your eyes. Strengthen your faith. Abound in hope. ⚓️
