The Southern Gospel Review "The Southern Gospel Review"' was a popular radio program on a 100,000 watt FM station, and I was proud to the host. Please pray for it's re-instatement.

It's gone now, but I invite you to keep reading & posting here on FB. "The Southern Gospel Review" is now the winner of the 2011 CGC CHOICE AWARDS "Radio Station of the Year, U.S. - Linda Sammons". "The Southern Gospel Review" was on WIN 98.5, a 100,000 Watt Country station covering West Alabama and East Mississippi, and winner of "The CGMA 2006 Golden Harp Award for Radio Show of the Year". The S

outhern Gospel Review was on WIN 98.5 for 13 1/2 years, and hosted by Linda Sammons, a well known local personality who was a three time nominee for the CCMA's DJ of the Year, and a two time nominee for the CGMG's DJ of the Year. "The Southern Gospel Review" played a variety of Southern Gospel, Country Gospel, Bluegrass Gospel, Contemporary, Children's Music, Christian Comedy and many local artists. "The Southern Gospel Review" reported to several charts, including Power Source Magazine, RadioActive Airplay, Christian Country Gospel News, Christian Voice Country Gospel, and more. "The Southern Gospel Review" is currently off the air due to ownership change, and working to come back on the air in some form.

This is a must read. I know we cherish our Bibles. Personal bibles, and our much loved and highly prized family bibles are one of the most important things in our lives. They're pretty much irreplaceable. But, like our beautiful American flag, almost all of them are printed in China. I lost just a little bit of pride in my Bible when I found this out. And, I'm gonna replace my Bible wth an American printed Bible. If you wanna do the same, or for future reference just Google it.

This year marks the 100th  anniversary of the first edition of the completed Mandarin Union Version Bible. Instrumental in the distribution of this Bible in China has been Amity Printing Press in Nanjing.

Two Hall of Famers! We love the Troy Burns Family, and we were honored that they stopped by to see us in Knoxville on Sunday night. Few know that Ray Reese served a brief stint with The Inspirations during their very early stages, and his replacement was 13 year old Troy, who made the very first recording with the Inspirations in 1966.
