Riv

Talent is wasted when attention is scattered.

You can be intelligent.
Creative.
Gifted.
Full of extraordinary ideas.

But none of it matters if you cannot stay with one thing long enough to build something from it.

The world is full of capable people who never became what they could have been because distraction consumed their potential.

They started everything.
Finished nothing.
Changed direction whenever progress became boring.

Meanwhile, someone less talented kept showing up.

One task.
One direction.
One disciplined day after another.

And eventually, they passed everyone who relied on talent alone.

A Stoic understands that greatness is rarely built through occasional brilliance.

It is built through consistency.

Protect your attention.
Learn to tolerate boredom.
Finish what you begin.
Stop chasing every new opportunity.

You do not need to be the smartest person in the room.

You need to become the person who can remain focused after everyone else has become distracted.

Talent gives you potential.

Focus turns potential into results.
