LCS Eagle Cross Country had an outstanding day at the Pirate 5K in Lincolnton. Oliver Flannick was the top finisher in the Men's division while Brynn Florczyk was the top finisher in the Women's division! Congratulations Team! The team kicks off it regular season on Saturday at McAlpine Park!

The second set of images from the Pirate 5 K Race on Saturday focused on the finish line though I missed the first two to finish 1st and second place they were so fast, # 1150 and 1255. A selection of photos of those finishing the race. Finishing the race, the walkers and runners were greeted by our priest, Rev Liz, and directed to get a colorful race medal handed out and directed to the cases of waters given by Ingles so they could hydrate and cool off after the race and they were greeted by a beautiful display of fruit given by Burton Farms for the runners as they finished the race. Water was also available at a stop along the race course given by Trident Trikes. A fine day.
