Tomorrow is a meeting for all volunteers for Summerfest! It will be held in the youth room! Come prepared to discuss some procedures for the event. 💙

Update‼️‼️

We are in a major need of school supplies for the July Summerfest event!! Below is a list of items needed. Donations can be put in a box that is under the announcement board by the main restrooms.

We do NOT need the milk jugs or mayo jars as that need has been met.

Wednesday is the last day to sign up to volunteer!!! Sign ups are at the greeter’s desk. Please consider serving our kids at this event. We love you and appreciate all who have contributed so far.

Major needs: school supplies and adult volunteers! ‼️‼️
School supplies are accepted in a box by the main restrooms and the bulletin board. The milk jugs and Mayo jars are no longer needed!!!

Volunteers are needed by June 30th! There are several areas to serve (kitchen, crafts, and games, etc.).

UPDATES FOR SUMMERFEST ‘23 (ACTION NEEDED)

• If you are wanting to bring your child to this event, please register them! We need this information before the day of! Here is the link to register: https://81219.aidaform.com/summerfest-2023-kids-registration (it can also be done at the greeter’s desk). ‼️‼️

•VOLUNTEERS (18+) we are IN NEED of volunteers for summerfest! You can serve food, direct cleanup, help with games, etc. Sign up sheet is at the greeter’s desk. Please sign up by JUNE 30th. 💪🧹👷🏀⛳️🥪🍟

•School supply donations!!! There is a box located outside of the main restrooms of the church. We need composition and spiral notebooks (evenly), #2 pencils (not mechanical), folders, gluesticks, child’s scissors, and crayons! 📓📒📁🖍️✏️📏 (We do NOT need bookbags!)

It’s tonight!! Come join us!

The Young Ladies Ministry is inviting all of our brothers and sisters in Christ who are 55 years or older to our “Bows and Arrows” dinner! Ever since the dawn of Awakened Youth, it’s been on our hearts to see the unity between the young and the old again. For the passion and burning for the more of God to be amongst all generations!

We are basing this off of Psalm 127!

“Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: And the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; So are children of the youth.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭127‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Don’t throw them away! We are kindly asking our church family to save either plastic mayo jars or milk jugs, wash them, and bring them to the youth room! They can be any size, however the larger the better. We will need them for a fun activity for Summerfest.

We also are accepting school supply donations that can be placed in the box in the hallway of the restrooms! The list is in the photo below.

We appreciate everyone’s help to make this the best day possible!

CALLING ALL CAMPERS! 🏕️🎣🌅
SummerFest 2023 is on its way! This year we our letting our lantern of Christ’s love shine bright in this dark world! A day of games, Bible lesson, food, and a school supply giveaway!

This year is going to be awesome‼️

We need your help, though, to make it the best we can! If YOU are 18 or older and would like to help with games, serving food, or crafts, then please sign up at the GREETER’S DESK!
