Good afternoon,

We were blessed by the gifts, talents, and dedication Morgan shared with our community at Zion Lutheran, and she was an integral part of our leadership team.

We have been preparing to host the funeral on Friday and want to reassure you that we have room for you to attend the funeral in person. We can seat about 600 people with extra standing room and would be blessed by your presence with us on Friday. When you make your way to the funeral, please follow the direction of the parking attendants at Zion to ensure we park people smartly and efficiently.

Thank you for the love, care, and prayer you have given the Lemkau family over the last year. They are genuinely good people who care deeply about others and this community.

Many blessings and prayers to our students and teachers returning to the classrooms in the upcoming days. During worship yesterday, we shared prayers and sent our students off with luggage tags to remind them of God’s presence. Have a great school year!

July 4: Zion participated in the Malcolm July 4th parade.
July 7-9: VBS with Denton United Methodist Church and Pleasant Dale Methodist Church.
July 9: Middle and High School gathering
July 12: VBS Worship in Denton with Denton United Methodist Church and Pleasant Dale Methodist Church.
July 12-17: Zion confirmation students participated in Confirmation Camp at Carol Joy Holling Camp, Conference & Retreat Center
