Over 30 1PC Lincoln members and our friends attended the Peoria Chiefs game last night! During the hour rain delay, we didn't fret. Instead, we remembered our baptism and were thankful!

Don't forget that this Sunday is our "Blessing of the Backpacks." All students, their families, and anyone who works in the education system are invited to join us for a blessing!

The Love of the Triune God is with you!

Tecumseh and Brigid invite you to follow your nose to Kickapoo Park this morning for our annual worship in the park! Worship begins around 10 a.m. and will include singing, a communal art project, and communion. Following worship, we will have our potluck! The church is providing the meat, drinks, and dinnerware. You are invited to bring a side to share.

See you at 10 a.m. in the park!

I know what you're thinking. School is out, and the nights are lasting a little longer. It's the perfect time for fun, laughter, and a little learning! Where can you find all of this at one FREE event?

How about 1PC's Intergenerational Trivia Night tomorrow, May 27, at 7 p.m. There's a free meal at 6:15 p.m., and the trivia night begins at 7 p.m. If you have little ones, no worries -- we've got you covered! We provide childcare!

So, the question is:
What historic faith community, with roots dating back to 1857, currently located at the corners of Pekin and Ottawa, that is also an open and affirming congregation, with a budding youth ministry, and that has a pastor with the best jokes -- welcomes you to their trivia night on 05/27?
