Blessed Hope Church Prayer Room The Prayer Room is a place where we come together to pray to our Father. Join us as we pray for each other, our church, city, our leaders and the world.

Prayer is absolutely vital to our relationship with Jesus and the Father. Prayer is the way that we talk to God and advance His Kingdom purposes here on Earth. A lack of prayer causes us to fall back on our own abilities and skills, moving us to become self-reliant. Our purpose and goal is to rely on God and to allow Him to order our steps. Why Corporate Prayer? Corporate prayer is the term used t

o describe praying together with other people. It is an important part of the church and in Acts 2:42, we learn that the early church prayed together: “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”

Corporate prayer can be a positive experience in many ways. Brings Encouragement – praying with others can bring encouragement to the members of the group. There may be those in the group who are struggling with trials and temptations. As they are upheld in prayer, the Holy Spirit brings them encouragement and reassurance of His promises. Unity of purpose – Corporate prayer has the ability to knit a group together in a bond of fellowship and praise. People are edified and unified in common faith. As people pray together, they build love and concern for others and display their dependence on God. Form of Worship – Corporate prayer brings intimate communion with the Savior. Repentance – As people pray, the Holy Spirit brings conviction and draws His children to repentance. We encourage you to join us for Prayer at Blessed Hope Church, Wednesday evenings at 7pm. We meet in The Prayer Room.

Hi guys. This is Bill Miller, still can't post under my own name. Anyway, my friend Bob that I worked with for 20 years has inoperable lung cancer. You would think that's the bad news but it gets worse. He was supposed to be getting a lung transplant soon but he suffered a serious stroke brought on by the chemo he was taking. Now the transplant is in jeopardy. He's a good guy, he came to the Exodus a couple of times. His wife is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I'm asking you to pray for a miracle that somehow he can still get the transplant and spend a few more years here on this blue ball with us. He is one of the good ones. Thank you. Cancer sucks! 💔😥🙏🙏

Update on Steve from MN, the burn patient. Surgery this past Thursday successful. Breathing on his own 50% of the time. Infection tbd, but still in acceptable range as to blood work. More news on that tomorrow. This Thursday is the surgery to harvest skin from his back (quite a lot of it) and apply grafts to his legs/feet. Left leg full graft, right leg from the knee down.

NEW UPDATE: Crazy praise report!!!!
We just got the results of the MRI that she had this morning. The dr. called us from San Fransisco where he was at a neurological convention. He told us all of the unexplainable white matter damage that had them stumpted had disappeared! He said, “I have visited with all my colleagues here at the convention and we really don’t have an explanation for this!” “We have only seen this maybe once or twice in all of the cases we’ve seen collectively.” “Now all we are dealing with is what is normal brain trauma.”
(A few days ago he told me that, what he was seeing in her third MRI was typical of what he would see in someone who had smoked heroine! Now we all know that she has never taken drugs, she is adamantly again them!!). So...what we have just seen is a documented miracle and we have all the films to prove it!!!! Yeah Jesus!!!
Now, prayer warriors, the battle is not over. We have taken much ground, but we haven’t won the war yet!!! Seek the Lord for more strategy, He’s been giving a lot of you the same thing!
We are so excited!!! Thank you! 🥰🙏. So grateful Jesus, we love you!!

Update about the gal I asked prayer for after being assaulted and left for dead.

“Here’s the Morning update for Sunday from her Aunt, who is a nurse.

“she had a stable night but with a slight fever that they feel is from her brain injury and it having trouble regulating her temperature. She had had that ongoing but I guess I have never posted that.
Her ICP is still stable with a sm amt of fluid being drained off every hour. She is off sedation and only on some pain meds.

Please pray that her temperature stabilizes.
Pray she has more purposeful movements today like yesterday. ( she loves her mama's voice)
And cont to pray for complete brain healing with no deficits.
Praying for her beautiful voice to return when they take the breathing tube out.”

prayer request: A woman was assaulted outside her workplace and fought back. She was left for dead overnight and is in ICU.

The attacker broke several bones in her face and we’re praying against any brain damage & hemorrhaging.

She loves the Lord and has been working with girls who have been s*x trafficked and are marginalized. Her family said they'd be so grateful for prayers! 💜
