A fun time to hang out with friends, eat pizza 🍕 and chocolate milk 🥛 (by request), play games, watch game film, and the cadet band 🥁 halftime performance.

This Sunday will be a special and bittersweet day at Limon Methodist Church as we worship together for my final Sunday as your pastor.

Our Scriptures remind us that seasons change, chapters end, and new journeys begin—but God’s faithful presence never leaves us.

We’ll give thanks for where God has brought us, celebrate the ministry we’ve shared, and look forward with faith to what God has ahead.

MEN OF STARSTONE — YOU’RE INVITED!

We’re excited to invite you to our first Men’s Breakfast at StarStone Fellowship Church on Saturday, August 29 at 9:00 a.m.

We’re honored to welcome Justin Dodge as our special guest. Justin is the Denver SWAT officer who was critically injured during the Denver Nuggets championship parade when a fire truck ran him over, resulting in the loss of his leg.

Justin has an incredible story of resilience, faith, and overcoming adversity. He’ll share about that life-changing experience, his spiritual journey, and the strength he has found along the way.

And guys—don’t come alone! This is a great opportunity to reach out to the men and young men in your life. Invite your sons, grandsons, nephews, friends, neighbors, and the coaches who have invested in your family. Young men age 10 and up are especially encouraged to attend.

Let’s make this a morning where generations of men come together for great food, fellowship, encouragement, and an inspiring story of faith.

Who do you say Jesus is?

It sounds like a simple question. But 2,000 years ago, Jesus asked His disciples this very question:

“But what about you? Who do you say I am?” — Matthew 16:15

Peter had an answer.

But Jesus wasn't only interested in what everyone else thought about Him. He made the question personal.

And this Sunday, we will too.

Join us at Limon Methodist Church as we open God’s Word together and consider a question that each of us must ultimately answer for ourselves.
