Meet Joshua Finley, one of Elim Fellowship's Elders! 🎤

Joshua Finley is a speaker, author, and leadership coach who specializes in personal growth and organizational health. His passion is living a brilliant life that glorifies God and inspires people to reach their redemptive potential. He has a unique gift for making complex principles simple and actionable.

He has led pastorally in large, multi-site churches, taught as an adjunct professor of a Bible College, pioneered a leadership training school, and is regularly sought out by organizations and business leaders for his strategic insight.

Joshua holds a master’s degree in Global Christian Leadership and serves on the board of several key non-profit organizations.

Pastor Joshua has been married for 26 years to the girl he’s had a crush on since he was nine. They are raising their two adult sons outside of Baltimore, Maryland where he oversees leadership and campus development for Freedom Church and its 9 locations.
