Today we say "See You Later" to Becky Colgan...
Becky, you have been such an integral part of our LBT Students...While you are already deeply missed, your impact lives on in the lives of every student and leader (past and present) who was blessed to know you, be seen by you, and feel your love and encouragement!
The consistency and care you put into everything you did is even more evident now... From the thoughtful details of sending out birthday cards and notes of encouragement, to organizing our MDWK snacks and Sunday morning breakfasts; from weekly phone calls checking in with parents and students, to pouring into your small group and making sure everyone who walked through our doors felt seen and loved...you served tirelessly...
While our hearts ache and the emotions are still very real, we rejoice in knowing that you are in the presence of Jesus...and, while we wish you were still here with us today, we look forward with Hope in Christ, knowing this isn’t goodbye...but it’s simply a see you later...
We love you, Becky...Until we see each other again…
