Congrats Class of 2026!

We are incredibly proud of you and all you have accomplished. We are praying over you and for you as you step into the next season of this journey through life. May God continue to go before you, transform you, guide you, and surround you with His grace and His peace. There are a lot of voices fighting for your attention and trying to define who you are, it is important to remember the only voice that really matters, the voice of the one who created you.

“But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you.
O Israel, the one who formed you says,
“Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you.
I have called you by name; you are mine.”

- Isaiah 43:1 (NLT)

Remember who you belong to. Trust Him, follow Him, and keep your identity grounded in Jesus. God is going to move through you in some incredible ways and we cannot wait to see all that He has in store for your lives and how you are going to impact this world as citizens of God’s kingdom.

Fear not beloved, for the Lord is with you, always!

John 19:16-24,
16 Then Pilate turned Jesus over to them to be crucified. The Crucifixion - So they took Jesus away. 17 Carrying the cross by himself, he went to the place called Place of the Skull (in Hebrew, Golgotha). 18 There they nailed him to the cross. Two others were crucified with him, one on either side, with Jesus between them. 19 And Pilate posted a sign on the cross that read, “Jesus of Nazareth,[a] the King of the Jews.” 20 The place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the sign was written in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek, so that many people could read it. 21 Then the leading priests objected and said to Pilate, “Change it from ‘The King of the Jews’ to ‘He said, I am King of the Jews.’” 22 Pilate replied, “No, what I have written, I have written.” 23 When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they divided his clothes among the four of them. They also took his robe, but it was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom. 24 So they said, “Rather than tearing it apart, let’s throw dice[b] for it.” This fulfilled the Scripture that says, “They divided my garments among themselves and threw dice for my clothing.”[c] So that is what they did. (NLT)

Luke 23;35-43
35 The crowd watched and the leaders scoffed. “He saved others,” they said, “let him save himself if he is really God’s Messiah, the Chosen One.” 36 The soldiers mocked him, too, by offering him a drink of sour wine. 37 They called out to him, “If you are the King of the Jews, save yourself!” 38 A sign was fastened above him with these words: “This is the King of the Jews.” 39 One of the criminals hanging beside him scoffed, “So you’re the Messiah, are you? Prove it by saving yourself—and us, too, while you’re at it!” 40 But the other criminal protested, “Don’t you fear God even when you have been sentenced to die? 41 We deserve to die for our crimes, but this man hasn’t done anything wrong.” 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your Kingdom.” 43 And Jesus replied, “I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise.” (NLT)

John 13:12-17,
12 After washing their feet, he put on his robe again and sat down and asked, “Do you understand what I was doing? 13 You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am. 14 And since I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash each other’s feet. 15 I have given you an example to follow. Do as I have done to you. 16 I tell you the truth, slaves are not greater than their master. Nor is the messenger more important than the one who sends the message. 17 Now that you know these things, God will bless you for doing them. (NLT)

Luke 22:14-20
14 When the time came, Jesus and the apostles sat down together at the table.[a] 15 Jesus said, “I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you before my suffering begins. 16 For I tell you now that I won’t eat this meal again until its meaning is fulfilled in the Kingdom of God.” 17 Then he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. Then he said, “Take this and share it among yourselves. 18 For I will not drink wine again until the Kingdom of God has come.” 19 He took some bread and gave thanks to God for it. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” 20 After supper he took another cup of wine and said, “This cup is the new covenant between God and his people—an agreement confirmed with my blood, which is poured out as a sacrifice for you.[b] (NLT)

Students Grades 6-12 join us this Friday (April 3rd) from 1:30-4:00 in the AXIS as we reflect and remeber Good Friday together.

We will be watching the last two episodes of The Chosen season 5 and there will be some brief discussion afterward.

Popcorn and snacks will be provided!

There will be plenty of time for you to go get some dinner before coming back for our Good Friday service in the main building at 6:00!

We hope you will join us in this unique way to abide in Christ during Holy Week and reflect on all He endured for us and what His experience and journey to the Cross might have looked like.
