Last Sunday, our church had the privilege of praying over students, teachers, administrators, and school staff as we celebrated our Back-to-School Blessing.

As schools across Lilburn and our surrounding communities begin welcoming students back this week and in the weeks ahead, we want to continue praying.

We pray that God would:

- Give students wisdom, courage, and lasting friendships.
- Strengthen teachers with patience, joy, and endurance.
- Give administrators discernment as they lead and care for their schools.
- Protect every campus and fill them with peace, kindness, and hope.

Let's continue to lift up every school in Lilburn and the families, educators, and staff who make them places of learning and growth. May this school year be marked by God's grace, protection, and provision.

📚🍎 A new school year is almost here, and we can’t think of a better way to begin than by praying over the next generation.

This Sunday during our 10AM service, we’ll have a special time of prayer for every student—from preschool through college—as they prepare for a new school year. We believe there’s power in praying over our students as they step into all that God has for them this year.

Know a student? Invite them! Bring your kids, grandkids, neighbors, friends, cousins—any student from preschool through college who could use a little extra encouragement and prayer as they head back to school.

We can’t wait to worship with you and pray together for an incredible school year ahead!

What a great afternoon together as the Parkview family!

Sunday’s Family Kickball Game was such a fun way to spend time together outside of Sunday morning. From kickball and water slides to great food, snow cones, and plenty of laughs, it was a reminder of how special it is to do life together as a church family.

It was also such a joy to welcome Pastor James and his family back from their sabbatical! We’ve missed them and are so thankful to have them back with us.

Days like these remind us that church is more than a place we attend—it’s a family we belong to. Thank you to everyone who came, served, brought food, and helped make the day so memorable. We are grateful for each of you and are already looking forward to the next opportunity to gather together!
