Yesterday, we gathered around the table to share stories, laughter, memories, and gratitude at a farewell luncheon for Pastor Nora and Pastor Elvira. Since goodbyes are never easy, we’ve decided to borrow from a few languages that understand that “goodbye” doesn’t always mean goodbye.

From being a familiar face in the office each day to listening to every idea with care, you've led with kindness, humility, and a servant's heart. You've shown us what it looks like to live out justice, love, and mercy in tangible ways—and yes, we'll never forget your skills as a top-tier Kids Camp backup dancer!

As you prepare to preach one last time at The Nett, know that we are grateful for your ministry, proud of all you've accomplished here, and excited for all that God has in store for you in this next season. Hey church family,

As we prepare to say goodbye to Pastor Nora and Pastor Elvira, we have one more opportunity to celebrate them together. Join us this Sunday following our 11 AM service for a special farewell luncheon.

Everyone is welcome—friends, family, volunteers, and all who have been impacted by their ministry. Please bring a covered dish to share as we gather around the table and show them how much they are loved. If you’d like to leave them a card or note, we’ll have baskets available. Let’s make this a beautiful send-off they’ll never forget!
