Somehow we have appointed ourselves Assistant Manager of the Universe. 😂

There is nothing wrong with planning. Islam teaches us to take responsible action, make wise decisions and do our part.
But there comes a point when planning ends and tawakkul begins.
Allah says:
“…And whoever relies upon Allah, then He is sufficient for him.”
— Qur’an 65:3

So today’s gentle reminder:
Make duʿā.
Do your part.
Trust Allah.
And rest.
You don't have to solve tomorrow tonight.

May Allah grant us the wisdom to recognize what is ours to handle, the tawakkul to entrust what we cannot control to Him, and sakīnah in our hearts while we wait for His answer.

Jumuʿah Mubārak, NASFAT Atlanta family.
Another Friday has reached us by the mercy of Allah.
Whatever kind of week you have had, bring it to Allah today.
Bring Him the duʿā you keep repeating.
The decision you don't know how to make.
The provision you are seeking.
The healing you are waiting for.
The child you continually pray over.
The gratitude you sometimes forget to express.
And while making duʿā for yourself, remember someone else too.

May Allah accept our worship, forgive our shortcomings, place barakah in our homes and livelihoods, protect our families, strengthen our community, and grant us answers better than those we imagined.
Āmīn yā Rabbal-ʿālamīn. 🤲🏾

There is something beautiful about watching children grow together. The laughter. The little conversations. The friendships formed at the masjid. The familiar faces they begin to look forward to seeing each week.
Our prayer is that these friendships become more than childhood memories. We pray our children find friends who encourage what is good in them, friends who remind one another to pray, friends who choose honesty when dishonesty is easier, friends who are kind when no adult is watching. Friends who can laugh, play and enjoy childhood together, as they grow into young muslims who knows that righteousness before Allah matters.

"Close friends, that day, will be enemies to each other, except for the righteous". - Qur'an 43:67.

“Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.”

Begin this week with dhikr, gratitude, and a heart connected to Allah.
