David Gammons’ testimony!

The end of April through the first part of May , my dad started getting dizzy, feeling weak, and was just sick for several days. He FINALLY went to the doctor where he was told his lungs were swollen to the point it was squeezing his heart, so they wanted to send him for a CT scan in Dexter. Some blood work had come back abnormal and they were concerned it was a lung disease or possibly cancer.

Went to Dexter for the CT scan and then followed back up with Dr Douglas. He started him on an inhaler & said he had emphysema with multiple nodules on his lungs. At this point he had about a 30 lb weight loss & blurred vision.

He couldn’t walk or do anything much without getting out of breath. He was just lying around. If y’all know my dad you know that isn’t him!! On a Saturday Larry Gammons, his brother, went out and prayed for him , he started to feel better shortly after , but was still feeling a little short of breath and dizzy. Not quite 100% yet.

He came to revival in Lilbourn Mo where Uncle Larry and a few other preachers surrounded him and prayed for him.

A few weeks later he went to see a pulmonologist in Cape for more blood testing and a follow up. Those results came back as no findings, except iron deficiency BUT… no emphysema , COPD or cancer!! Blood work was good and he was symptom free!! They do want to see him back in a few months too check the nodules, but believe those are from scar tissue. Told him it’s 1% likely he could have cancer.

Tell me God ain’t good!! He’s faithful and worthy to be praised!!
