There is freedom where the Spirit of our God is. 🕊

11/01/2022

The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor. (Luke 4:18-19, NIV)

Shackled by sin and the many other evils that bind—this is who we are. Or more correctly, were. Because Jesus Christ has already broken the chains of sin, He has already slayed death to pieces, and He has already bound every sickness, every disease, and every evil in this world. Let us receive our liberation and declare, ‘We are free indeed!’
