A Biblical Worldview Church... What is it?
A biblical worldview church is a church that seeks to understand and apply all of life through the teachings and authority of the Bible. Rather than treating faith as something limited to Sunday worship, it teaches that Scripture should shape how believers think about God, truth, family, work, morality, culture, money, justice, and the purpose of life.

Characteristics of a Biblical Worldview Church... What does it look like?
A biblical worldview church is a church characterized by:
- The Bible as the highest authority for faith and practice.
- A belief that God created the world with purpose and design.
- Teaching that all people are made in God's image but are affected by sin.
- Key Emphasis on the Gospel and salvation through Jesus Christ.
- Encouragement to evaluate cultural ideas through Scripture rather than the other way around.
- Discipleship that connects biblical truth to everyday decisions.

Everybody Has a Worldview... What Do You Want to Shape Yours?
The culture and its values is without a doubt - a primary shaper of worldviews today. The culture influences our values and shapes the things we give our hearts to. However what might life look like if the bible was the primary influencer and shaper of our worldview? I would argue that it is the best lens through which to view all of life. It answers our deepest questions.

A biblical worldview answers life's biggest questions: Who made me? Where did I come from? Why do I have value and purpose? What went wrong in the world? What is God doing to fix it? How can I help? And what group of people can I partner with (the church local)? And what is my role and calling? And how do suffering and brokenness eventually get resolved? How do things get restored?

If I were to summarize all of this... How could it be simply stated?
The story of the world can be summed up in four words...
-Creation - answering the question of "Who made me?"
-Rebellion - answering the question of "What went wrong in the world?"
-Redemption - answering the question of "What is God doing to fix it?"
-Restoration - answering the question of "How does everything get resolved?"

The worldview church helps to clarify this metanarrative (larger story) and orients people to the plotline of the story into which they have been born and in which they live. It helps to clarify our role in the story and how we might honor God with our lives in the here-and-now.
