Doubt is not something to be ignored or hidden, and we should never be afraid to admit when it’s present in our lives. However, acknowledgements without ACTION are only wasted words. To truly surrender our doubts always involves letting go of that which is weighing us down by CASTING it onto the shoulders of our Savior.

We’ve become experts at hiding our hurting, never realizing that by doing so we have limited our opportunities for healing.
