Back 2 School Sunday at Grace 💙📚

Today was such a special day at Grace Kids! Our kids were prayed over and anointed with oil as we lifted them up for the new school year. We also prayed over and anointed our teachers and administrators as we ask God’s blessing and guidance over the year ahead.

Today we learned that God knows everything about us, showed His love by sending Jesus, and leads us through the power of the Holy Spirit.

“But whoever loves God is known by God.” — 1 Corinthians 8:3

Because I am known, loved, and led, my life can tell of God’s wonder! ✨

What a beautiful reminder that God knows us, loves us, and leads us every step of the way. ❤️

🔥New Series🔥

In our Wonderfully Made series, we will be learning and memorizing Psalm 139:13–14 (NIrV): You created the deepest parts of my being. You put me together inside my mother’s body. How you made me is amazing and wonderful. I praise you for that. What you have done is wonderful. I know that very well.

Today’s activities included:
🎨 Creating self-portraits using wax sticks… with only 3 minutes on the clock! ⏰
🙏 Worshiping together.
🖐️ Making our own self-ID cards using our fingerprints as a reminder that each of us is uniquely created by God.
📖 Reading Psalm 139:6–14 and talking about how God knows us, loves us, and made each of us special.
🐔 And of course, we wrapped it all up with a hilarious game to see who could create the best Chicken Leader by attaching feathers to their leader! 🤣🐓

What a fun and meaningful day reminding these kids that they are loved, chosen, and wonderfully made by their Creator! 💙
