Although at the time, we didn't know that God was fashioning a mighty force when the two worlds of the Fregia's and Armstrong's collided! Now, 35 years later emerges "Free and Strong Ministries". Stirred Up Church Worldwide: Stirred Up Church is online church streaming in Pakistan, Kenya and India!
