Free And Strong Ministries It is our desire to see men and women set free of bondage and walk in the strength and authority given by Jesus Christ!!

Free and Strong Ministries was birthed in 1987 when two families became one! Although at the time, we didn't know that God was fashioning a mighty force when the two worlds of the Fregia's and Armstrong's collided! Now, 35 years later emerges "Free and Strong Ministries". The heart of Free and Strong Ministries is to take the true gospel of Jesus Christ to all ends of the world! It's our aspiration to break the bondage the world places on the sons and daughters of the Most High! Currently, Free and Strong Ministries oversees the following sub ministries:

Neon Church featuring Neon Praise: Neon Church is a group of men and women that go into the bars monthly to offer fellowship, prayer, worship through music and preach the good news! Stirred Up Church Worldwide: Stirred Up Church is online church streaming in Pakistan, Kenya and India! Led by Pastor Joe Fregia, through the use of Social Media; the message of Jesus and eternal life is reaching across the "divide" and seeing lives converted for Jesus!
