This Sunday we start the book of James. Sometimes viewed as a controversial book, it brings together practical lessons on how we should live out our faith. Some argue it places too much emphasis on works and seems to contradict Paul's message of grace. But as we'll see - it's not faith vs works - it's faith that works. Ultimately the point James is trying to make is that if you're a new creation (in Christ) then that should result in new way of living. Your identity determines your activity.
