Weighted Items: Plush animals or blankets for deep pressure and grounding.
Visual Aids: Liquid motion bubblers or timers to help with focus and visual tracking.
Noise Management: Noise-canceling headphones to reduce auditory overstimulation.
2. Tactile & Fidget Toys
Fidgets: Pop-its, fidget spinners, and mesh stress balls to soothe anxiety and improve focus.
Oral Sensory: Chewable jewelry (Chewelry) for safe oral input.
Hands-on Materials: Kinetic sand, therapy putty, and Play-Doh for tactile exploration and motor strength.
3. Educational & Social Skills
Cause-and-Effect: Toys where an action triggers a reaction (e.g., pop-up toys, musical buttons).
Building Sets: Magnetic tiles, LEGOs, or blocks to encourage spatial reasoning and problem-solving.
Social-Emotional Learning: "Big Feelings" toys or emotion match cards to help identify expressions.
