Nehemiah 8:10 “The Joy of the Lord is your strength”. The enemy has come to steal your joy because when he steals your joy he also steals your strength. It’s time to take back what God has given you! JOY is one of the fruits of the Spirit! Ask Him right now, right where you are to come and fill you with His joy and strength. Don’t wait another minute. Jesus, I need your joy and strength today. I can’t do this alone. With open hands I surrender to you.
1. Surrender to Him
2. Worship Him
You are worthy, You are Holy and there is none like You!
3. Ask and you shall receive. Lord I put all of my trust in You and I believe your word. So I ask and believe that YOU will fill me today!

A joyful woman cannot be manipulated by fear. She cannot be controlled by comparison. She cannot be silenced by offense. She cannot be stopped by disappointment. Her joy is not based on her circumstances being perfect. It is based on a God who is sovereign over every single one of them. And that kind of joy does not bend. It does not break. It does not dry up when the season gets hard.

But the enemy knows this. And that is exactly why he has been working so hard to steal yours.

Not all at once. He is too smart for that. He came quietly. Subtly. Through the endless scroll that left you feeling empty. Through the comparison that started small and grew into something that made you question everything. Through the offense that seemed minor but took root. Through the disappointment you never fully processed. Through the weight of a hundred small things that individually felt manageable but collectively have been crushing you.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it he took your joy. Not your salvation. Not your faith. But your joy. And most of you did not even realize it was gone until you tried to find it and could not remember the last time you really had it.

Nehemiah 8:10 says the joy of the Lord is your strength. Which means when joy goes strength goes with it. When strength goes hope goes. When hope goes endurance goes. He was not just trying to make you feel a little down. He was trying to disarm you completely.

But today you take it back. Worship loud in your kitchen. Dance in your living room. Laugh with your kids. Refuse to let another day pass where the enemy holds something God gave you. Your joy is a weapon and it is time to pick it back up. Because a joyful woman is one of the most dangerous things hell has ever encountered. Take back what belongs to you.

It is so important to start your day with prayer. Before anything else. It sets your day spiritually and physically. When we align with God and His will our attitudes change. Our hearts change. Don’t let “waking up on the wrong side of the bed” dictate how your day will go. Wake up with praise on your lips, being thankful for how good God is. Thank Him and tell Him how much you love Him. Position your heart to surrender to His will and give Him your day to lead and guide you. Ask Him to block all of the deceptive ways of the enemy. John 10:10 says that the enemy came to kill still and destroy you, but Jesus came to bring life and abundant life.
Lord thank you that we woke up today with breath in our lungs. Thank you for another day to worship you. We give you our hearts and ask that you would guide our steps and attitudes. Cover us in your love that we would love others as you have loved us. I pray that you bless the work of our hands and you bring favor into our lives. We surrender our day and all our plans to you. Direct us and give us Devine wisdom in all of our decisions.

We will not let anger, intimidation, offense or any other ugly thing direct our lives.

We are yours, let us shine your light to the world around us.

Can I just speak something over you today?
You are doing better than you think you are. You really are. The fact that you are still showing up, still praying, still believing, still getting up after hard seasons, that is not small. That is everything.

God sees what no one else sees. He sees the prayers you prayed in the car with tears you wiped before you walked through the door. He sees the faith you held onto when everything around you was giving you every reason to let go. He sees the version of you that kept choosing Him even when it was hard. Even when it was quiet. Even when you felt like nothing was moving.

And here is what He wants you to know today. He is not disappointed in you. Not even a little. Lamentations 3:22-23 says His mercies are new every morning. Before you wake up. Before you remember. Before you even ask. They are already there waiting for you. A fresh start. Every single day. Because that is the kind of Father He is.

You do not have to earn your way back to Him. You do not have to clean yourself up before you come. You do not have to have it all together. You just have to come. And He will meet you there every single time, not with crossed arms and disappointment, but with the kind of love that knew every hard chapter of your story before it was written and chose you anyway.

You are loved. You are seen. You are not behind. And you are not alone.
