Life gets LOUD. 📱🎧📚 Notifications, school, activities, people, responsibilities … and sometimes we get so busy that we forget to just be still with God.

But honestly? We need that alone time. 🤍

Try this: Spend 10 minutes completely by yourself each day. No phone. No music. No distractions. Just you, your thoughts and God.

🌿 Sit outside
🛏️ Lie down
🚶‍♀️ Take a walk

Talk to God like you’re talking to a friend. Or don’t say anything at all. Just be present.

Sometimes the quiet is where we hear the peace or direction we’ve been needing. ✨
