We invite you to worship with us at St. Andrew's on Sunday 8-2 at 10:30am. Fr. Michael will celebrate Holy Eucharist Rite II, the contemporary worship service of The Episcopal Church. We look forward to sharing joyful news about the election of our new Bishop on 8-1!
On Saturday, Aug. 1, clergy and lay deputies will gather at Christ Church Cathedral to elect our ninth bishop. You can follow the livestream of the worship service here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRheMf_9y5o
The Liturgy of the Word will begin around 10:20 a.m. At the peace, deputies will move to the Great Hall for the voting, which will not be livestreamed. After the election, the livestream will resume with Holy Eucharist.

Gracious God, guide the Diocese of Lexington in this season of hope and transition. Strengthen us to listen well, speak faithfully, and follow where your Spirit leads. Raise up a leader who will help us grow in faith, reach out in love, and serve your world with courage and joy. Bless this diocese in all its quirkiness, resilience, creativity, and love— that we may be bold in mission, joyful in service, and united in our calling to share the Gospel. In Christ’s name we pray.
