June worship and activity opportunities:

June 21st is the deadline to apply for one of the Shirley Hyder Memorial Scholarships. Candidates must be a member of DFBC or their parent or grandparent must be members.

Busy Hands Quilters meet June 13th from 9 am- 12 pm.

WOW meets June 14th at 3:30 pm.

WOW and Ladies luncheon meet June 18th at 1:00 pm. See Joyce for details.

Our anniversary celebration continues with a pot luck and the HERITAGE MESSENGERS in concert, June 19th at 6:00 pm.

Father’s Day, June 21st.

Bro. Mickey’s Sunday School Class meets for supper, June 25th.

Men’s Fellowship breakfast meets June 26th at 9:00 am.

*VBS begins June 28th-July 2nd‼️

As usual, Sunday School and morning worship begins at 10 am & 11 am, respectively. Wednesday evening prayer meeting and Bible study begins at 6:00 pm with choir practice immediately following.

Coming up, the choir will be presenting “Sweet Freedom’s Song” July 5th during the morning worship service. We hope you can join us for any or all worship and activities. Have a safe and blessed June!
