Mission 180: East End Baptist Church’s Youth Group

Youth Pastor: OG Gaines

Youth Leaders: Stacy Gaines, Timothy Gainey, Valerie Martin

Mission/Purpose: To turn teens to Christ and prepare them to thrive in their personal walks with Jesus.

What We Believe:

Everyone is a sinner: Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." God showed us His love for us by sending Christ to die for our sins.

Jesus died for our sins: Romans 5:8 "But God commended His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Everyone has a choice to make. Pay for your own sin in hell, or accept God's free gift of Christ's payment for your sin.

Salvation comes through a relationship with Jesus alone: Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is the eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Salvation is as easy as the ABC’s

A: Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior

B: Believe Jesus is God’s son, that He died for your sins, He rose from the dead the 3rd day, and that He is the only way to Heaven.

C: Confess your sins

Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Youth of all ages from middle school to high school are invited to join us at East End Baptist Church every Wednesday night at 7pm for a fun filled night of powerful life applicable messages, fun games, great food, and friendly fellowship!
