We had a wonderful group of students (3rd-5th grade) participate in our communicants class this year! They were reminded of God’s loving and gracious heart in creation, the sad and awful effects of sin from the fall, the beautiful hope of salvation and redemption in King Jesus, and the powerful work of the Spirit through the Church to bring the hope of redemption to our neighbors and the nations. They learned about the Church, about the sacraments and Jesus’ gifts of belonging and nourishment on the pilgrim road, and the work of the Spirit in making them more like Jesus their Savior. In short, they learned what it means to be a faithful and fruitful member of Christ’s Church. And this Sunday they stood before their Church family and took their vows together. May their lives show forth the excellencies of their King all their days!

Loved our Young Pros lake day! Fabulous food, paddle boarding, boat rides, great conversations and growing friendships.

Our men’s fish fry is always a special part of summer at Lexington Pres!
Seeing men of every age find joy in each other is a clear sign of the goodness of King Jesus’ reign. Praise God for beautiful summer days that we get to spend together! Thanks to the Wingards for hosting and all the men who helped spread an amazing table!

Our senior high schoolers had an amazing week at the Living Waters Retreat! May the Lord help them to grow in their relationship with Jesus and follow him all their days to all the places He calls them!
