Rat Sunday 2027+3

Today we had the privilege of welcoming the newest VMI RATS after a long physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding first week. Once released off post, the young men and women found a place of rest, encouragement, and Christ-like love.

Homemade breakfast, phones to call home, cards to write letters, in a church family ready to pour into them- all reminders that they are seen, values and supported.

As they begin this new journey, we pray, they carry this truth with them: " I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" Philippians 4:13

Welcome, RATS. We're cheering you on each step of the way!

What a Wonder-ful week we had at Wonder Junction VBS! From sunrise to sunset, our cowboys and cowgirls filled the church with joy, laughter, and a whole lot of learning about Jesus.

We are deeply grateful for every single volunteer who saddled up and served with heart. You made this week run smoother than a fresh oiled wagon wheel.

To all the parents- thank you for interesting Faith Mountain Baptist Church with your children. It's an honor to teach them God's word and watch them grow in faith.

A special shout out to Rails End for their flexibility and quick help fixing our bus part when it was needed most. Also a big, thank you to Mike and Melanie Tomlin Camden for letting us borrow the train that made wonder junction come alive.

We can't forget our friendly competition between the boys and the girls, a rootin and tootin showdown that raised funds to benefit Unity 4 Kids Inc. What a joy to see our kids give with cheerful hearts! However to top it off, pastor Matt ended the week with a pie in the face. Once again to prove that Wonder Junction was alot of fun all while serving the Lord!

From the rising of the sun into the going down of the same, the Lord's name is to be praised Psalms 113:3

Honoring 250 Years!

Today, we pause not just to celebrate freedom, but to acknowledge the faithful God who has carried our nation through every trial, triumph, and turning point. May we continue to seek his wisdom, walk in his ways and anchor or hope in his unchanging word.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord-Psalm 33:12
