We invite you to join us at Eucharistic Adoration, Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm 🙏🏼

What to Do During Adoration:
• Sit in quiet contemplation: Simply sit in the presence of Christ, allowing His peace to wash over you.

• Pray the Rosary: Meditate on the mysteries of Jesus' life while praying the Rosary.

• Read Scripture (Lectio Divina): Read a Bible passage slowly, reflecting on what Jesus is saying to you personally through the words.

• Use a prayer journal: Write a letter to God, expressing your worries, joys, and gratitude in the quiet of His presence.

• Have a heart-to-heart conversation: Speak to Jesus as you would a dear friend, sharing your needs, fears, desires, and anything else on your mind.

• Pray other devotions: Recite the Divine Mercy Chaplet, the Psalms, or the Liturgy of the Hours.

• Just "be" with Him: Don't feel pressure to "do" anything; sometimes, the most powerful act is to just be still and present with Jesus.
