Some might say we're obsessed with smoking ribs. When they're this tasty, who'd argue with that??! πππππ Smoked on the 270 GS over Royal Oak Charcoal natural briquettes, seasoned with Susan Manzi & Rick Manzi Spicy All Purpose Rub from Disruption Rubs, classic Cimmaron Docs rub, and glazed with Croix Valley Spicy Bourbon BBQ sauce (one of the new Foundry Sauces). Cauliflower "Mock Mac" seasoned with Spicy AP and Croix Valley Garlic Booster. Soooo good!!!
