What are you doing this weekend? Join us for Y’ALL CAMP 2026!

Y’all Camp for Families is scheduled for Labor Day weekend (September 4-6, 2026). Y'all camp is open to families of all ages and stages of life! Families stay together in cabins and enjoy a weekend at our beautiful camp. This is an amazing opportunity to share the beauty of our camp with your loved ones.

Preparations are taking place (see flyer to meet your amazing workshop leaders!) and we are so excited to gather together in just a few weeks for Pour: CCK Regional Assembly 2026!

A few important updates:

The hotel rooms reserved for the Assembly are now fully occupied. Assembly participants are responsible for their own lodging accommodations. To see a list of places to stay in Bardstown, visit www.visitbardstown.com/places-to-stay/

Some folks have had trouble with our Suran Virtual Registration Form. If you have trouble, please call the Regional Office at (859) 233-1391, and someone from our Staff will walk you through the process, or set you up with a physical registration form instead.

Apply for the Regional Youth Council (RYC)!

The Regional Youth Council (RYC) exists to support, strengthen, and lead the youth ministry of the region through spiritual leadership, servant ministry, event planning, relationship building, and faithful representation of youth across the region.

The council serves as a youth-led, adult-supported ministry that empowers young people to discover and use their gifts for leadership in the church and the world.

The Regional Youth Council consists of 12-16 Youth Representatives, and 3-6 Adult Representatives.

Applications for Regional Council are due by Noon, on July 31, 2026. Candidates are interviewed and chosen this year by the Regional Youth Ministers Group, and in years to come it will be the RYC Adults and RYC youth rotating off.
