On Saturday, September 19th, RTCA Chaplaincies across the country will come together for the RTCA Salty Roberts' Mmeorial Prayer Walk, a day of prayer, encouragement, and unity. This special event brings all of us together to pray for racetrack and farm community personnel, their families, horses, industry leaders, and the many individuals who make the sport possible.

Each participating location will host its own Prayer Walk, creating opportunities for local communities to come together and share in a larger national effort. As the date approaches, we encourage you to connect with your local chaplaincy and learn how you can participate.

Prayer is foundational! Let's pray together on Saturday, September 19th!

Congratulations to Sandy Ridge (Sandy's Racing and ) on their inaugural day of racing! Chaplain Charlie Scott was there to minister to the Sandy Ridge community, representing the Lord, RTCA and the Kentucky Race Track Chaplaincy! Also, Omar Aracena (RTCA National) and RTCA Ambassadors Janet VanBebber and Dan Fick were also in attendance.

Through barn walks, prayer gatherings, food and clothing assistance, social programs, and encouragement in difficult times, RTCA Chaplains, staff, and volunteers provide a caring presence for those working behind the scenes, reflecting RTCA’s mission.

Along with the entire horseracing community, our prayers and condolences go out to the family and friends of Robby Albarado. Here's a photo of Robby at the 2020 RTCA Golf Scramble after he had just won his second Preakness aboard Swiss Skydiver.
