Over the last few weeks at Grace, Jesus has been teaching us through the gospel of Matthew what it really means to follow Him. We’ve been reminded that we are worth more than many sparrows—that we are loved and deeply valued by God.

Last Sunday, we learned that following Jesus doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes faithfulness looks as simple as a cup of cold water—ordinary people offering what they have and trusting Jesus to make it enough.

And this Sunday, Jesus gives us another invitation:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

What does it mean to be yoked with Jesus? And what happens when we finally realize we were never meant to carry the weight of life by ourselves?

This is a meaningful way to serve our church and help create a sacred moment of remembrance each month.

Responsibilities Include:
Preparation of monthly communion plates
Maintaining supplies
Table preparation
