Join to meet and greet, shake hands and join the Muslim community for the Eid pleasure and refreshments, tea/coffee/soft drinks.

Where: 2524 Nicholasville Rd., Lexington, KY 40503
The buffet restaurant closes at 9 PM

Eid-ul-Fitr: Wednesday July 6, 2016

When: Wednesday, July 6: Doors will be open at 7:45 AM and Prayer starts at 8:30 AM promptly inshallah.

Where: Lexington Center (Bluegrass Ballroom - Ballroom on the upper level of Lexington Center), 430 W. Vine St., Lexington, KY, 40507

Parking is most convenient in the lot on High St across from the Rupp Arena entrance, it is free of charge if you leave within 30 minutes of the end of salat.

Notes:
1. Please be courteous to all of the prayer attendees and refrain from speaking during the Khutbah.

2. Weekday traffic downtown may delay your trip significantly, so please plan accordingly.

3. The distance between the parking lot and ballroom is quite long. If you have a family member that has difficulty walking long distances, please bring a wheelchair with you.

There were multiple positive sightings of the moon this evening in Muslim majority countries. Therefore Sunday, June 5 will be the last day of Sha'ban and the ISCK announces Monday, June 6, 2016 to be the first day of the holy month of Ramadan, 1437.

The Eid Prayer is on Thursday, September 24th. The doors will open at 7:45 am for Takbeerat and Salah will be at 8:30 am insha'Allah.

Location: Lexington Center in downtown Lexington.
Address: 430 W Vine St. THE EID SALAH WILL BE IN THE BLUEGRASS BALLROOM, ON THE UPPER FLOOR OF THE CONVENTION CENTER.
Parking: The most convenient parking lot to use is adjacent to Rupp Arena on High St. There is also free parking in the parking lot directly off of Main St on Tucker Street.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU PARK IN THE HIGH ST. LOT, YOU MUST TAKE YOUR TICKET TO ONE OF THE MERCHANTS INSIDE THE LEXINGTON CONVENTION CENTER TO BE VALIDATED FOR FREE PARKING (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY). IF YOUR TICKET IS NOT VALIDATED, THERE WILL BE A FEE FOR PARKING.
