This Sunday we begin a new series… Twisted Truths.
Not every belief that sounds Christian actually is. Some of the most influential ideas in our world don’t start as obvious lies… they start with something true. A real desire. A good longing. Something God actually created in us. But somewhere along the way, that truth gets twisted… redirected… or elevated beyond its proper place.
In this series, we’re not just going to expose what’s wrong… we’re going to uncover why it’s so compelling. Because behind every distorted belief is a deeper desire… for blessing, for belonging, for comfort, for justice, for identity. And if we don’t understand that, we won’t just reject error… we’ll miss the beauty of what’s actually true.
Each week, we’ll walk through that pattern together… identifying the twist, uncovering the desire, exposing the distortion, and then recentering on the truth of the gospel. Because the goal isn’t just that we’d think more clearly… it’s that we’d see, love, and trust Jesus more fully.
