Here are a couple of notes and reminders for you leading up to the event!
The Lord has blessed us with another amazing turnout. We have around 920 people attending from 73 congregations! With that in mind, we ask that every time your group gets seated in the auditorium, you please scoot in really tight! Teens=Sardines! 😅
Also, don't forget to bring money for t-shirts and hoodies! They can be purchased with cash, check, or card. They will be available to purchase tonight and tomorrow.
Also, unfortunately, the weather isn't what we hoped for. This could make our free time crowded if we can't go outside. Everyone will be welcome to play whatever board games or card games you want; you just need to bring them.
