Are your passions leading you toward God or away from Him? In our final message from the book of Judges, we explore Samson's tragic story—a man whose undisciplined passions blinded him to God's purpose.

Samson had incredible strength, but his passion for godless women led him to the grinding mill, eyes gouged out, walking in circles. Yet even there, God wasn't finished. His hair grew back, and in his final moment, Samson killed more enemies in his death than in his entire life. That's the power of redemption.

Here's the truth: Passion is powerful. It can blind you. But it can also be redeemed. Jesus came to break the cycle of sin in your life. Unlike Samson, Jesus faced temptation and said, "Not my will, but Yours be done." His passion was YOU. And through Him, your out-of-control passions can be transformed into devotion to God.

What cycle needs to break in your life today? God's ready to redeem you.

This Mother's Day, we explored the powerful story of Jochebed, Moses' mother, who gives us a masterclass in faithful motherhood. Not perfect motherhood—faithful motherhood.

Jochebed saw potential in her son, fiercely protected him, influenced his faith, and left a legacy that changed history. Even when she had to release Moses to Pharaoh's palace, she trusted God with what she couldn't control. Years later, Moses chose to suffer with God's people rather than enjoy Egypt's treasures—because of the faith his mother planted in his heart.

Maybe you've messed up as a parent. Maybe your kids are struggling. Here's the truth: Your past is not stronger than God's grace. Your child's story isn't finished yet. God is still writing. This is no time to lose heart. Keep praying, stay relational, and trust that the seeds you've planted in faith will yield a harvest.

To every mom: they don't need your perfection; they need your faithfulness in following God.

Grab your children and join us for church tomorrow. Gathering times are 9 am and 10:30am. Kids' ministry gathers at 10:30 am.

Who gets the glory when you win? Who gets the blame when you lose?

Earlier this month, Pastor Stephen continued us in our journey through the story of Samson - a man blessed with incredible, God-given strength who made himself the hero of his own story. Samson killed a thousand men with a jawbone, but named the place after his own cry rather than God's provision. He had supernatural power but lived in isolation, missing his calling to unite and deliver God's people.

Pride doesn't just trip us up - it builds us up so we can fall harder. It pushes God out of our story and blinds us from seeing what He's doing. But here's the good news: when humility rules our hearts, God lifts us up. Every breath we take is grace. The question is, are we living as the main character of our own story, or as supporting characters in the Jesus story?

Don't let pride or shame keep you from the life God has for you. Humble yourself under His mighty power, and at the right time, He will lift you up in honor.

Will you join us this Sunday as we wrap up this series on Samson? We'll save you a seat!

We all have that one thing that trips us up—again and again. Tomorrow, we will continue a three-week series on Samson and explore the dangerous cycle of compromise that begins when we live too close to the line rather than fully surrendering to God.

Here's the truth: spiritual decline doesn't happen overnight. It happens when we consistently choose to keep just 5% for ourselves, when we visit places we shouldn't be, when we start keeping secrets. Samson's story reminds us that God calls us to live holy—set apart—because we may be the only Bible someone reads.

What's your struggle? What tempts you to restart that cycle of sin? The good news? God works through us IN SPITE of us. He goes before us, provides for us, and delivers us—even when we mess up. But freedom starts with confession, cutting ties with sin, and replacing old habits with spiritual disciplines like prayer, community, and Scripture.

You don't have to walk this alone. Join us as we dive deeper into Samson's life and discover how God's grace meets us in our weakest moments.

We are called to live a life set apart, consecrated, and holy for God because we may be the only Bible someone reads. We may be the only encounters or interactions they have with Jesus.

Your response to the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ changes your eternity.

This Easter, we wrapped up our Stained Glass Stories series with a powerful reminder: death doesn't have the final word, Jesus does. He HAS risen, which means we have hope beyond the grave. One day you'll be the one on that deathbed—what you do with Jesus today determines everything.
