Lewisburg Pa Church Of Christ In Christain Union History Lewisburg Church Of Christ In Christian Union ( Formally Wesleyan Missionary ) was built in 1962 Our first Pastor was Rev. Joe Hoffman.

A Band of Believers from other Church decided to build a new Church. in 1962 , On what is now Newman Road , Frank Heimbach own a farm. Frank was getting up in years and decided to move off the farm, before doing so he sold about half of the land for the Church. Frank's brother and wife , Russell and Beulah and their son Larry were part of those believers. A tent was placed about were the parsonag

e now sits. Services were held in tent as construction continued on Church. The Church was originally called Wesleyan Missionary until a few years later when changed to Church Of Christ In Christian Union . As Church started to grow, Rothermel Family and Straub's were also there from the beginning.
