KFC will start September 23rd! KFC is an after school program for kids on Wednesdays from 3:45-5:00! Huge thank you to our volunteers for keeping this program alive. 👏🏻👏🏻

Blessing of the Backpacks

Zelma was a devoted member of the Lewis United Methodist Church. Music was an especially important part of her service to the church. She served as choir and bell choir director and later as the church pianist, sharing her musical gifts with the congregation for more than 50 years. Zelma will be dearly missed.

All are invited!

This Sunday, August 16, the Lewis United Methodist Church will join other congregations to celebrate 250 of the freedoms we are blessed to have in this country, including the freedom of religion! Instead on worshiping in separate buildings, we will be joining together with our brothers and sisters in Christ from other churches and those who don't worship at any church at all. We will gather at the Kinsley United Methodist Church (8th & Marsh) from 10:30am-11:30am. There will be a time of fellowship before the service beginning at 10:10 and afterwards until noon. God bless America and all those who fought and continue to fight for the freedoms we have. Praying to see you there! Pastor Melissa
