For one week in July, our evenings were filled with the sounds of children singing, laughing, learning, and growing together as they discovered that Jesus comes to seek and save. Throughout the week, we had the privilege of sharing God’s Word and building relationships with children and their families.

But VBS doesn’t happen because of a theme, decorations, or activities—it happens because of people who are willing to serve.

Last night, we gathered together to celebrate and thank the amazing volunteers who made Tropical Trek possible. From planning and preparing behind the scenes, to welcoming families, leading groups, teaching Bible stories, serving snacks, running activities, and stepping in wherever needed, each person played an important role in sharing Jesus’ love.

Thank you to every volunteer who gave your time, your energy, and your heart to this ministry. You helped create a place where children felt welcomed, cared for, and reminded of the incredible truth that Jesus came to seek and save!

We are so grateful for the memories made, the relationships built, and the ways we saw God at work throughout the week. Thank you to everyone who was part of Tropical Trek!

On Sunday we celebrated the installation of Pastor Wesley and gave thanks for God's faithfulness in bringing him to our congregation. This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in the life of our church, and we rejoice in God's continued work among us through the faithful preaching of His Word, the administration of His Sacraments, and the shared ministry of His people.

We are grateful for his willingness to answer God's call, for the gifts he brings, and for the opportunity to partner together in sharing the hope of Christ with our community.

Please join us in welcoming Pastor Wesley to the Hope family. We look forward to worshiping, serving, learning, and growing together in the years ahead.

Thanks be to God for His guidance, His provision, and the many blessings still to come!
